We are a Level 2 Residential Service Agency licensed by the  Office of Health Care Qualities with Maryland Department of Health.  This RSA is managed by Social Worker, Comfort Woehner and Supervisory  Registered Nurse, RH Deloney.  This RSA has been proudly in good standing with MD Assessment & Taxation since 2018.  

We provide Services to participants covered under MD Medicaid Waiver Program and private pay clients.

We are accredited by BBB, Mid-Atlantic Chapter, MD Medicaid and most LTC private Insurance.
